The process
From idea to your first production run.
Brief
Send a sketch, reference bottle or rendering with capacity, neck size and target quantity.
Structure review
We check wall thickness, base weight and neck fit with the factory and send a technical drawing.
Mold and samples
After you approve the drawing and pay the mold fee, the mold is made and first samples are blown.
Production
Once samples are approved, production runs from 3,000 pieces on an automatic forming line.

What is the minimum order for a custom perfume bottle?
3,000 pieces for the mold's first production run.
Is a custom mold worth it for a small brand?
Usually not below 3,000 pieces. A stock bottle with a designer cap and decoration often looks custom at a fraction of the cost and from 200 pieces.
Can I keep a standard neck on a custom bottle?
Yes, and we recommend it. With a standard 13, 15 or 18 mm neck every pump and cap in our catalog fits, so you only pay for one new part. A custom neck means custom pumps and caps too, with their own minimums.
